-Check in: 15 am or later. Departure: by 10 am.
-Prices include bedclothes, cleaning, and firewood.
-A deposit of 750€ has to be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned at last 5 days after checking if no damage has occurred on the premises. Should there occur any
damage, I ask the tenant to report it on his own initiative. The amount of damage is assessed together and deducted from the deposit.
-Shoes are placed into the provided storage compartment in the entrance area. ONLY slippers are allowed in the house.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Charging electric vehicles is not permitted under the house rules in order to keep prices stable and fair. Public charging stations are located in central Bütgenbach around the market square, as
well as at the supermarket and the tourist office.
